Solicitors Fees for Buying/Selling a House

solicitors fees for buying a house

Solicitors fees – what are the fees associated with the selling or buying of a house in Ireland?

We know that both buying a house or selling a house is both an exciting and a stressful time in your life. With all of the various decisions you need to make, your choice of solicitor shouldn’t be another issue added to an already overcrowded list. Traditionally, in order to get an idea of the most competitive price for the purchase or sale of your house, you needed to ring around all the solicitors in the locality and compare the quotes received.

At O’Kelly Solicitors, we decided to keep it simple. One price is for one conveyance – residential property, either buying or selling. No ifs, buts or maybes. We don’t do “starting from…” prices. The fee quoted below is the fee you will pay on the sale or purchase of your property.

Our pricing for buying and selling a house.

We are dedicated to providing clear & transparent pricing on the costs associated with the sale or purchase of your property. That said, you should not associate our low-cost pricing with a low-cost service. We are able to provide such a low price as we are always analysing our business to keep our overheads down so that we can pass on the savings we make to you, the client.

This is why we offer the most competitive conveyancing price in Dublin.

Our fixed fee quote, and the expected outlays, are set out below. Items marked with a (*) are fees payable to third parties and are subject to change but are correct as of today’s date. As always, we are here to help and if there is any aspect of the fee structure that you have questions about, please contact us here.

**Please note that these fees still apply for 2023**
